Communication

We use multiple methods of communication in the West Holmes music program. The primary methods are via CutTime and the Remind App.

The band program will use CutTime to send weekly newsletters (GoCutTime.com). CutTime helps us communicate with you, assign instruments to students, collect fees/costs, communicate events, track volunteer opportunities, track uniforms, and so much more.

Text messaging is this software's primary communication method. Each message will have a unique link to your profile. No password or login name is required with this "magic link." We suggest bookmarking the unique link sent to you with "save to home screen" which all smartphones provide.

If you haven't saved your unique "magic link" and need another one, use one of the following pages to have the link resent to your phone number on file. Student Accounts or Guardian Accounts.

If you need some help with your CutTime experience for guardians or students, you can watch a few of their feature videos using this link. Of course you can always ask one of the directors for help, too!

Aside from our weekly newsletter, we send regular reminders through the Remind app about arrival times, paymend deadlines and more.
